Job Description
To develop and implement product marketing plans for Ferring products and support the product marketing in the different countries, in order to realize the product group turnover in the Middle East region, on the short-, medium- & long terms.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in pharmacy.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in the pharmaceutical sales field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical marketing field.
- Communicates in an effective manner with a strong ability to adapt the communication to gain support from internal and external customers to achieve the objectives of the organization.
- Strong ability to interpret, link, and analyze leading to sound decision making and problem solving involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity and risk.
- Defines tasks and milestones to achieve business objectives, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet those objectives.
- Is able to handle more than one task at a time while meeting the agreed upon deadlines and outcomes’ quality.
- Adjusts own behaviors to work efficiently and effectively in light of new information, changing situations and/or different environments.
- Builds and actively maintains working relationships and/or networks of contacts with internal and external customers to further the organization’s business goals.
- Creative thinking that entails questioning conventional approaches, exploring alternatives and responding to challenges with innovative solutions or services, using intuition, experimentation and fresh perspectives.
- Ability to design, develop and deliver training programs that guide others to develop new skills or knowledge that will enhance their work.
