Learning and Development

The Human Resources department, in close cooperation with the company’s managers, offers development opportunities and supports the learning process for employees, who we consider co-responsible for their own learning and their continuing professional development.

We believe it is essential for employees to have the opportunity to keep up on their skills, competencies and knowledge in order to improve their own and Ferring’s performance. With training, education and other development methods, Ferring supports employees’ development plans.

In order to define these needs, Ferring has introduced the "Ferring Dialogue", which is our performance appraisal tool. The purpose of the Ferring Dialogue, which takes place twice a year, is to create a mutual understanding between the employee and the direct manager regarding the employee's responsibilities, performance and development.
