Ferring Pharmaceuticals follows a defined, step-by-step recruitment process when taking on new people:
- We read all unsolicited applications and send either a confirmation of its receipt or the information that the profile does not match Ferring’s available open positions.
- If a profile matches one of our vacancies we invite the applicant to an interview and follow the process described for advertised vacancies.
- If we find that a profile might match future vacancies we offer to keep the applicants’ file for six months, and review it should a relevant vacancy arise.
- An applicant may be invited to an informal interview.
