Ferring Pharmaceuticals follows a defined, step-by-step recruitment process when receiving applications:

  • Upon receiving an application a first screening for suitable candidates is made.
  • We make a first screening for suitable candidates.
  • The immediate superior of the vacant position completes a second screening, whereupon we select candidates and invite them for the first interview.
  • At the first interview, candidates will meet the Human Resource representative and in some cases the immediate superior.
  • After the first interview we evaluate candidates and invite a short-list of candidates for the second interview.
  • Candidates then meet the immediate superior as well as other relevant Ferring people, again depending on the type of position.
  • After the interviewing process, we inform all candidates of the result.
  • If we find that the profiles of unsuccessful candidates might match any potential future vacancies we offer to place them in our candidate database. We keep the application for six months, and review it should a relevant vacancy arise.
