Training

With a comprehensive training policy Ferring wants to ensure that all employees have good qualifications and skills to be successful in their role within the company.  Ferring’s sees training as a key function to develop and educate employees, ensuring that this essential front-line resource is up-to-date and competent in all areas.

We offer internal and external courses to ensure that the course is relevant and customised.  Among them are IT, as well as language courses, but also courses based on the needs of the individual employee.

Ferring funds the courses and runs them within normal working hours, because we consider course participation a core requirement by employees to strengthen their competencies.
