The Human Resources department at Ferring International Center (FIC) holds the responsibility to train and develop all FIC employees. In close co-operation with the company’s managers we offer development opportunities and support the learning process for the employees, who we consider co-responsible for their own learning and their continuing professional development.

We want our employees to have the opportunity to keep up their skills, competencies and knowledge in order to improve their own and Ferring’s performance. With training, education and other development methods Ferring supports employees’ development plans.
 
Ferring considers expenditure on appropriate education, training and development a necessary and calculated investment, contributing to considerable pay back in terms of enhanced performance and employee satisfaction.
 
“Ferring Dialogue” is Ferring’s performance appraisal tool to support this process.
