Joachim Hörig, Senior Vice-President, Global Quality Assurance

Dr. Hörig has responsibility for Global Quality Affairs within the Ferring Group, with particular accountability for Corporate Quality Standards, the Ferring SOP system, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Computer Validation Standards.  Joachim Hörig has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry (University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim) and a postdoctorate scholarship in peptide synthesis. Mr. Hörig joined Ferring in Kiel in 1981 and has many years of experience in International Quality Control and Assurance Affairs.
